Designing a building starts with the site.

Before design can even begin there is much that needs to take place. During the preliminary stages we handle the reviewing of zoning ordinances and set backs, talking with the city or township planner, and checking the availability of utilities and connections. In the designing stages we make sure to work closely with our clients laying out their building or buildings to fit the property and intended use. Including site design in our scope of work allows us to create an overall cohesive project, with the site and architecture working together as one.
